Exchange

If you found a defective or damage on the product and you still need this item you can exchange it within 15 days of receipt of the shipment.

Excluding Products that have been damaged by you by incorrect use or something like that.

Warranty request

Warranty repairs will be carried out at the authorized service centres.

  • In instances where a product is bought through a seller that is not Dealzgy, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.
  • By submitting your product for repair, you consent to Dealzgy and/or a third party repairing your product and you provide permission for your contact details to be used in connection with the repair service. For further details relating to warranties, please see the Terms of Sale located on the website.
  • In the logistics assistance scenarios, the warranty repair period is twenty-five (25) working days for the units covered under the warranty from the date of picking the product until dispatch. you shall ensure that the item is packed in its original box or wrapped safely to avoid any damage during transit. If the packaging is not done safely which leads to damage, Dealzgy will not be responsible for the same and the claimed item will be returned to the customer without servicing.

Non-Returnable:

You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:

  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Products that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases.
  • Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.               
  • Any consumable product which has been used or installed.
  • Products that fall under specific categories, including food, beverages, household goods, digital books, swimwear, hosiery, underwear, socks, health, contact lenses, hygiene-related and personal care products and certain baby products (e.g. tethers, diapers, hygiene tissues, feeding-related products) music, video and video games.
